Rob, as others have said make them collect the car.
ITs under warranty and they obviously haven't repaired the item in question and also point out its probably illegal to drive the car without a working speedo.
If they won't collect the car Rob ask them if you can have it checked out by the local subaru dealer and make them pay any charges that this incurr's as you can't wait acouple of weeks to get this repaired.
