well peeps it seems im not destined for much luck.

Went to have my H&R springs put on the car at Grants tyres in cwmcarn so my 18" wheels could be fitted. unfortunately it seems that three of my four shock absorbers are on their last legs after 72 thousand miles and need replacing rather badly. so my springs arnt fitted and im left with a very sickly car.

so what are people's suggestions, there is the standard second hand route where i may be able to pick up another set of shocks, look for second hand uprated for example a set of sti shockers. or do i buy brand new and if i do what should i buy and where from. bearing in mind i dont have the largest source of disposable cash for this.

any advice much appreciated

Bad news. If the cash was there one way ast's from powerstation but otherwise look in the for sale and also post a wanted for some 2nds.

 

My rears need changing shortly, I'm either going to get a set ofr STI5-6 springs and shock's or 2nd hand coilovers. not worth replacing with standard as cost more

 

I have a set of Cusco racing suspension if you want it.
It is a stiff ride though. Just thought I'd let you know anyway.

 

NEVER BUY S/HAND SUSPENSION....
