Default spoilers

I have a new age WRX and I was thinking of changing the spoiler. I noticed that some spoilers look like the standard spoiler but seem to have spacers between boot and spoiler which raises the spoiler. Can you actually buy spacers to raise the spoiler or is it a different spoiler altogether?

To answer the question.
1. Like Zippylane you can buy Lifters. Scooby Mania for about £85 etc sell them. Geoff??
2. There is also a one piece with brakelight that me and Gaz saw at Japfest, do not know where they come from

3. Or go for a completely new one STi or Prodrive Floppy Rabbit ears type.

I got mine from http://www.dhcars.co.uk/ - The Zero Sports Range.. paid £130 for mine, carbon fibre ones.. If the Scoobymania ones are carbon too then I've paid too much..

Cheers Ian..

and the one's that got those floppy ears on the sides are a deffo no no
i can't go them at all i'm sorry
i think they make the car look tackyDAYGLO DAIFULLY CHIPPED AND LOWERED SHUN

I think I saw the one piece at Japfest that you are talking about. A blue one.
Does the spacers accommodate the cable for the brake light on the standard spoiler? I'm guessing it does but
