Rooshkins

The cover of my headlamp washer has cracked on my scoob so I bought a new one the other day. Does anyone know if the bumper has to come off cos it seems to be really awkward to fit ??

Also, drivers side window is slipping when going down and not fitting plush to the window rubbers when back up in closed position. Having to pull it about 6mm back to make it fit tightly. Have the runners come loose maybe ??
