Default fastshow@santa pod update.

Ok boys
We will be leaving magor services on the m4 @ 2.30pm on sat 27th march
for santa pod, and staying at the ibis (travel inn) at wellingborough
northamptonshire nn8 2dr. The cost of a room is £37 approx.
For all of you that are staying over on saturday night, please let me know.

For those that are going up on sunday, please be at magor services on the saturday,where i will distribute the sidc stand passes for you.



The names that are going up on saturday are:

Cheers Chris.

I will be calling the Roadside Hotel in the next couple of days to see if we can reserve some rooms, If people can give me a rough idea how many rooms will be needed, i.e if your sharing with a mate/partner etc. One room will happily sleep three.

I have'nt spoken to them yet, but will be getting around to it tommorow, I hope. Just trying to get a scope for how many we may need, so I can try to reserve some rooms rather than turn up and hope they can squeeze us in.

no funny business si iv got a reputation to think of,boys i will meat you on the m4 at j18 si will give me a ring when you leave,ps thanks chris and si for the advice on that wrx on the weakend you saved me buying a right dog,still on the lookout for a good sti type r or ra depending on price.

I just need confirmation from Stormboy, Scoobieblue and Twigster. Chris, you proberly know about Mark and Andy, i'll give Matt a call later unless he's see's this. Can you also specify if you want non smoking or smoking.

Ok boys there's good news and bad news. The good news is, I have now reserved the 7 rooms needed(see your names below), so if there's anybody who wants to drop out or included, can you let me know by posting ASAP.

The bad news being the bar in the hotel will be closed at 12.00am after a change in rules. I'm sure we will manage though. We can always pursuade them to keep it open or bring our own.

See you all at Magor Saturday, don't forget your driving licence and M.O.T if your running your car on the strip.

Cool Update Fastshow Thursday 25th March

Update Fastshow



Ok, I have spoken to Santa Pod today.

They are going to open up another new gate/lane for us on Sunday.

I will be sending Santa Pod a list of all attendees so they can allocate car passes as you enter the gate.

On arrival at the gate, could you please assist the Santa Pod staff, by telling them you are on the list for the SIDC stand and give them your name (or username)

Also to assist everyone it would be appreciated you get there as early as you can.

Gates for the Sunday open at 8am (although it's a weekend event, some have camped over from the RWYB day on the Saturday)

From the conversation I had with them they are expecting a lot of people and cars there, I would say that its going to be bigger than the Japanese show in October.


A reminder to those that requested more than 1 carpass

If you request more than 1 car pass I need to know the other names of the people in your party/group.

These people I need a reply from no later than tomorrow at 1pm with names. I'm sending the list to Santa pod tomorrow afternoon.

The people are:

Rob Morris (2 car passes - 1 extra name required)
Scottywrx (Scott Bullock) - (6 car passes - 5 extra names required)
Vanish (Brett Durant) - (8 car passes - 7 extra names required)
Chris Garner (13 car passes - 12 extra names required)
Budsy (2 car passes - 1 extra name required)

As far as I know mate, just helping out Chris as he's just plumbing his new engine in, if there's any difference, either Chris will let you know as I have PM'd him these details so he can check or some of the other contingent will stand up and be counted, if I have missed them off the said list.
