I'm in a bit of a pickle
i've got a cobra alarm which works the central locking system
but its not ,and i can't start the car any advice .
battery is not flat i've re-synchronised the alarm but still nothing
i've had to have it towed from asda nightmare
1st one i've ever seen on a tow truck
and even more depressing is i might not be able to make the m.w.r.9
so if any of you fine gentlemen could shed some light on this little problem

There was a guy on here that was an expert on Cobra alarms......

Sorry to hear that............ perhaps all the wet weather we've been having.....??

oh yeah......... don't suppose it flashes differently when you switch it off/on??

May give a diagnostic code??? (I haven't a clue whether it will or not, but have a look anywayz)

what i also forgot to say is when you use the key to open the car it only opens the 1 door not the all 4

richie m8 sorry 2 here u r havin problems.
by any chance is there a key point at the back
of the alarm box if there is and u have the key
turn it off and it should reset its self
it may not be on ur alarm but it was on the older ones
hope this haz helped.

Rich, why dont you get the dealer you bought it off to sort it out - you havnt had it long - with all the rain could be electrical - on the plus side you havnt had tracker asking you your cars position like i had for a month+
the car only had to leave merthyr and i would be having a call.

richie my mate is absolutely awesome on electrics and alarms, if your stuck let me know and i'll see if he'll come and have a look at it for you. he's a proper alarm specialist and has fitted alarms for gwent car sounds in the past.
