Whos' best for wheel refurbishing locally?

By that I mean south Wales. Two wheels badly kerbed one by me one by the misses, so we're one all on that front! And do these places insist on the owner removing the tyres first?
BTW wheels are gold 16" Subaru fitment.

I remember one of the local tyre places mentioning somewhere called "renowheel" or something in Bridgend when I had the tyres changed on my old Cavalier.
I never followed it up, so the guy could have been talking out of his **** for all I know, but it could be worth checking out.

I think that Chris Garner can get wheels sorted out may be worth dropping him a mail !!

i had bbs split rims refurbed by renowheel, expensive but still half the price bbs wanted to do them, removed tires, repainted centres, polished outer rims and centre cap, refitted and balanced tires
