Don't know who owns it, but I've seen it parked by the caravan place on Fabian Way, at the Gower Chemicals turn-off....
Also saw said owner one day with Subaru Jacket on, I was in a rush and did not have tome to stop.

Edited to add - I believe it to be a Sport Special, and I'm assuming it's the same one you spotted, not many that colour around this part of the planet.
