hi guys anyone know of a damp proofing company local to the torfaen area?

got damp above my skirting board starting to grow due to the amount of rain we having lately and around one side of the window.

ive had windows re sealed ive also thompson water sealed the wall.

i have a vent too that has damp around the outside.

what you guys reckon? the outside wall is pebble dashed rendered, been thinking maybe get it hacked off and re rendered??

basically can someone recommend a reliable honest builder/ someone that deals with damp issues.
