Garage WhifBitz - Caldicot
Got to give a big thanks to Paul Whiffin & Dan for the excellent recent work on my car.
For those that don't know about Whifbitz, they are a welcomed addition to the South Wales area (based at Caldicot) and are tuners/suppliers for majority of Jap cars (including Subaru).
They are probably best known for their Supra tuning (including their own 1300bhp Time Attack car), or how about a gorgeous 1000bhp GTR
Subaru wise they are just finishing a superb looking 2.1 stroker build.
Nice bunch of guys, no messing around, no fuss, great prices on parts & labour..... So basically comes highly recommended.
They also have a good website at www.garagewhifbitz.co.uk, so check it out.
Finally there is talk of a 4wd Dyno going in shortly, so watch this space

Maybe at an opening event they were targeting their main market, which is Supra?
I know they are not struggling for work as it took a while to get booked in?
At the end of the day I can only relay my experiences which were very good.
The parts were priced as cheap as i could find anywhere!
As stated earlier they are a welcome addition to the area.

I agree Dave we need somewhere good and reliable. I also went along with Kev si matt and rich and they weren't very welcoming Paul the owner was extremely busy but his brother came and had a chat. I was very interested to find out more about his gtr and his high powered supra as I'm a car lover no matter what make.i didn't really feel welcomed I think I'd like to give them another try because we can't judge them on that one time. Tbh rich wanted to buy plugs which eventually he got but seemed to take a lifetime to get served. I know Paul lives near me so I might stop and have a chat one day. I may pop in there one day if there doing scoob stuff

They are around the corner from me, so i'm over the moon as many local garages are reluctant to work on the Impreza for the simplest of jobs...or worse, when they think they can.....!
Given the guys highly respected background with Nissan/Toyota etc in both Motorsport and jap development, i'd rather be using them than a local 'spanner' for sure.
Without trying to start a riot I guess this is absolutely no different to IndigoGT (who are Evo specialists after all)…
