Welcome to the Future in OEM Clutch Technology
A world first, an OEM type replacement Carbon clutch. The new Blade clutch by Carbonetic, manufactured by Across has all advantages of the more expensive Carbon clutches but is priced like performance metal/organic clutches while retaining easy clutch modulation - This is performance Carbon technology at an entry level price, utilising the most advanced carbon/carbon Composite technology available to date from the most renowned and innovative carbon/carbon manufactures, the Across Corporation.
Extensive dyno and road testing coupled with the knowledge from Across have successfully created the ultimate carbon OEM replacement clutch disc which can be used in all conditions. The Blade clutch answers the needs of drivers wanting the ultimate performing and feeling clutch that can be used in day-to-day or race conditions.
Carbonetic’s goal is simple – to offer high a performing clutch, with longevity, durability and affordability with no compromising on quality.
Ultimate performance
Across believe today’s modern clutch should not be excellent in just one area but to excel in every aspect, providing performance that goes above and beyond of what is expected from today’s market. Across believe today’s modern clutch should not be excellent in just one area but to excel in every aspect, providing performance that goes above and beyond of what is expected from today’s market. The Blade clutch has set a new bench mark for clutch performance, this performance cannot be achieved from conventional clutch materials. Only from extensive research, design and testing has allowed this level of performance to be reached.
The Carbonetic Blade clutch offers; great pedal feel at high and low temperatures, low weight, high heat resistance and has an extremely stable friction co-efficient in contrast the traditional clutch materials like organic and metal sintered cannot match the Blades overall performance.
Comparing Carbon/carbon to traditional organic and metal sintered materials the Blade clutch dissipates heat far better at prolonged high temperatures compared to these conventional materials. The Blade’s torque value increases as the temperature rises due to the unique nature of the carbon, you will not see any fade or clutch slip, the engagement point does not change which makes the Blade ideal for the modern day performance car.
