We are working on a few new idea's , one we have just finished is a removable insert to fit inside the Brembo 316mm rear discs , when fitting the STi rear Gold brembo 2 pot calipers and discs to the Classic Impreza , and the 2001 onwards WRX , the only way to make it work is to fit the expensive specially made thicker handbrake shoes , so we have come up with another way of making it work.

We have made some steel rings which bolt into the discs , reducing the handbrake size from 190mm to 170mm , the ring is held in by high tenstile button head socket cap bolts , as they are only bolted in , they can be removed when the discs finally wear and need replacing and fitted back into the new discs.

We are offering our rear grooved discs with the steel rings fitted , disc grooved and painted , ready to bolt straight on with your standard handbrake shoes for £199 a pair.

When the discs wear and need replacing , we will supply you new grooved discs with the holes machined into them and a set of new bolts for £125 a pair

Does the free fitting kit apply to V3 Type Rs aswell as I know these are an oddball ?

No there is no fitting kit available to fit the version 1 , 2 & 3 type R , it cannot be done
