We are seeing 500 plus with Martyn's car. I can't see any reason why you shouldn't see a lot more with a larger turbo, particularly with a CDB build.

Hi Alan,
Have been mighty tempted each time i've seen a post about this, specially when associated with the s206...
Anyways, i'm digressing.
I've currently got an sti 8, how much for a 2.1 build with my v8 heads and cams etc?
And how much power would you think i'd be looking at with this setup plus the s206?
Cheers,
Tom

there are so many options mate your best bet would be to phone alan and have a chat, he is very helpful and the service is first class, hence the reason my car has travelled all the way down to plymouth from central scotland to have the work carried out by them....

my car is a version 8 sti also, hopefully in the not too distant future it will all be done and dusted, im happy enough for alan to post the results and details here once it has been done, although the turbo ive gone for is different to the 1 u r mentioning

Hi Tom - As Scott says, it would be worthy of a chat! plenty to talk about.
We are seeing 505 bhp from our demo car with standard V5 heads, so we should match that easily with your Sti 8!
If you'd like to discuss it, just call me on 01752 345880 office hours or Saturday mornings..

We are still offering these at the same price, that's £2150 inc vat including the nitrided crank. No machining or building to do, just sort your heads out, or we'll do it for you, and bolt them on! We can supply everything else you need, all with a discount.

Here's one ready to go!

So does this price include the block then or do you need to supply one? If its included, how much extra for a CDB?
Regards, Shane.

The price is based on your block. I'm constantly on the look out for CDB's, the price depends on what I have to pay. If you find one, we'll build it using that. We'd say a semi closed deck block runs a very close second, if you're after 450 bhp or so.

Depends on spec! Variables are head work, choices of stud kits, oil pumps, gaskets, belts etc.. whatever you choose we apply the same build standards.

It isn't strictly a kit, more a finished item, but yes, we've used this conversion on new age STi's and it works a treat!
