Depending on the vehicle's country of origin, this fuel rail conversion kit is compatible with the following Subaru models:
2004-2006 Impreza WRX STi (that came with side feed injectors)
2005-2006 Legacy GT (that came with side feed injectors)
2004-2005 Forester XT (that came with side feed injectors)
This fuel rail kit converts the OEM side feed fuel injector setup to top feed, allowing the use of high flow fuel injectors (not included). The fuel rail injector bores are 14mm ID. Each rail features a large 15.2mm (0.6") internal diameter bore to suit even the most fuel hungry engines. They are CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminium, black anodized, and laser engraved for a high quality surface finish. All 3 ports on each fuel rail are tapped with 3/8" NPT
The fuel rail kit comes with four -6AN male adapters. This is enough to plumb the rails in "Parallel, Flow-Through" or "Series", as shown. Refer to the More Details tab above for more information. If -8AN fittings are required, they can be purchased here 14-0185. Also included are four 3/8" NPT plugs. Two of the plugs can be used if the fuel rails will be plumbed in "Parallel, Dead End", as shown. The other two plugs are commonly used for the lower center ports. Optional fuel pulse dampers can be selected and installed in any of the ports on the fuel rails.
Machined phenolic mounting spacers and washers are included to completely isolate the fuel rail from heat transferred from the TGV housings and mounting bolts.

Do I need a pulse damper?
The opening and closing of the injectors creates pressure pulses in the fuel rail, which can lead to unstable fuel pressure. In order to achieve a safe and consistent rail pressure, a pulse damper should be used (especially with high flow injectors). The internal diaphragm will absorb oscillating pulses and help stabilize fuel pressure. This correction can be measured throughout the RPM range and can often help an erratic surging idle. The fuel pulse damper can be used in any of the three 3/8" NPT ports on the Subaru fuel rails.

FPR Adapter for Subaru (14-0125) - £32.62 inc VAT
These billet 6061 aluminum adapter fittings allow an OEM Subaru fuel pressure regulator (FPR) to be reused in an application other than the OEM fuel rail. It features 3/8" NPT male threads with a bright dipped Type-II anodized surface finish. Each end of the adapter mimics the profile of an 11/16" (18mm) wrench for rotating during installation.

This adapter was specifically designed for the long runner (no tumble generator valves) intake manifold found on the JDM (Version 8/9) STi Spec C engines. It permits the use of any 2002+ Subaru top feed fuel rail. Furthermore, there is a machining provision on the adapter to allow clearance for a center port fuel rail pulse damper when used with Radium 20-0167.

Injector Seats for Subaru Top Feed Conversions (20-0171-06) Subaru Injector Seats, 6 Cylinder - £69.95 inc VAT
These are the same billet injector seats used in Radium fuel rail kits for Subarus. They are required when converting an OEM side feed fuel rail to top feed. They simply "pop" into the injectors bores on the tumble generator valve housings. They seal to the machined injector counterbore using the included Viton O-ring. Sold in sets of 4 or 6.
The anodized injector seats are CNC machined with a common 14mm bore for the lower injector O-ring.
