Hey guys after some advice, I'm taking my Scoob on a track day Saturday and wanting some advice, how long should I be out on track for before stopping to let everything cool down, I'm thinking 15-20 mins about 10 laps of a 3-4 mile long circuit, this is the first car I've owned that I haven't fitted an oil cooler and or hasn't had an oil temp gauge,

I'm goin to imagine it is going to be warm day about 25 degrees but over cast the top mount isn't going to get alot of cool air, what the best stuff to add to the water spray to keep it cold?
