Default Free software for measuring 0-60 and lap times

GPS Performance : Pocket PC : Handango

Found this after a mate of mine has a similar thing for his Nokia, so I thought I'd let you guy know about it.
It is for PocketPC / Windows Mobile phones but not only measure
0-60 times, you can set it to track (via GPS) a circuit and it will then
remember that circuit and record your lap times.

The free unlimited trial is fully functional but only records times to the nearest 0.5 secs.

Please note that you will get banned from any track day in the country for using these.

It invalidates their insurance when people time themselves or when known timing is taking place. They are quite insistent on it and will confiscate any timing equipment if found and most likely kick you off the day.

They check at random.

Get a driftbox and use the drift function. In theory you are not doing any timing

You kind of missed the point of what I am saying. If they find anything like this they will send you home.
