Track day @ Goodwood
#1
Just signed myself up for a mornings track day at Goodwood Motor Circuit on Sat 24 Nov. Booked through Circuit-C.
As this will be my first track day, I would welcome any advice on:
what's Goodwood like?
what preparation I should do in advance (MY00, 5door)?
what I should get checked afterwards?
are any other scoobys going?
anything else
Mike

Hi Mike
Goodwood is a good circuit and a quick one too. If it is your first track day experience, be sensible as there aren't many run offs without hard barriers most of the way round.
In two places I managed to get 130mph on the speedo but if you've got standard brakes, I'd be careful.
All I can say is, take it easy and build it up as you go!
Also pump your tyres up too, somewhere between 35-40psi, otherwise you'll have no sidewalls left!
Have fun
