Just to expand on the Doc's answer, do your harnesses have clip-in or bolt-on fixings? If the former, you'll need six eye-bolts (from your supplier or Demon Teaks etc).
Remove the rear seat (just two 12mm bolts) and fix the rear strap to one of the rear retaining bolts. Easy.
For the front, clip off the plastic trim on the rear of the seat runner next to the transmission tunnel. You'll find a handy bolt that might have been put there for just this purpose :-)
The outside lap strap has to be fixed to the same mounting bolt as the car's standard belt. It's a bit more fiddly, but clip off the plastic trim that runs down be B post and you'll quickly see what needs to be done. You might have to cut and trim the carpet very slightly to make a neat job of it.
You should now have secure 3-point harness fixings, and the normal seat belts are completely unaffected.
