had the geometry set, any advice on tyre pressures, removing things from the car, taping up lights/no. plates etc., do I need a helmet?

Robbo.
Most people increase tyre pressures by between 5-7psi when cold. Taping up your lights is up to you, and you will need a helmet.
You probably won't need any of these for Croft though, as the circuit is currently residing under 5" drifts.

whn I left Darlingto this am, there was only about 2" in the car park and being quite sunny, most seems to have melted, we might be OK if there is no more snow. I will post tomorrow on the conditions.
