if you want some tuition at the same time before you "go it alone" check out the Prodrive Track day i've arranged on 19th July. Very handy if you want to learn how your car handles and how best to position it on track, as well as how to counter the potential unkown of oversteer/understeer in the safest environment...

goodwood 25th july,£200 for the day inc instructor if u wish,u can also bring a guest,if u req insurance £135 for £10k and over,its my first track day also will be going up on the 23rd having a jar or 7,recover on the 24th and drive 25th,have a look on the SIDC site -track days forum,if u fancy it pm me or put ur name down on the forum and pm stormy,
might see u there ,will be a good day as there are a few first timers and only 8 cars on the track at a time
