Just wondered if any scoobynetters will be at Santa Pod on March 16th, I'm going along to my second RWYB day to beat my previous best of 14.46 (with 3/4 tank optimax and a huge subwoofer box) with a Standard UK 99 Turbo, now got me a full decat and filter, hoping to get close to 14 (is that realistic yet?)

I'm going along with a mate in a standard Civic Type R to teach him a thing or too about performance cars

Would love to meet up with any fellow scoobynetters on the day!

I'll be piloting a Royal Silver UK Turbo with decat and STI V rear Spoiler.

 

Can you just spectate at this? If so how much does it cost to get in?

 

Thnk its £12.50 to get in, dont quote me tho, cant remember!

Then its another £10 or so to run.

You can sit on the grandstand (well wooden thing) or sit on the bank on the far side. Its a good atmosphere, good to have a walk along the queue of cars and chat to people etc.

 

Oh I see, CTR in Black, thats what my mate is running against me, keen to see the difference me too!

Don't want to go that far and there is only a hand full of cars there.

 

I'm counting on there being only a handful of cars so I get lots of runs, the last time I went in October there were so many cars it took about 2hrs to get to the front of the queue again to run again!

So I didnt bother!

Its a usual Run what you brung day and since they are every weekend at the moment since the main racing season hasnt started yet I imagine people will be evenly distributed over the available days.

I dont know what to expect, i was standard last time but this time have full decat, itg and tek2.5 (this friday yey), any ideas?

I'm hoping to go sub 14 second, is this possible with my mods?

excellent stuff, just got back from a LONG day at scoobysport.

Car doesnt feel any quicker, time will tell, hopefully the ecu will have straigtened it out by then.

I just timed my 0-60 tho with a friend, was 6.8, thats crap, i managed 5.8 with the car standard, might have been the combination of wetness, nokie split timer, my timing saying now and stop and stuff
