The SIDC is holding a Karting event at Daytona at Milton Keynes on 27th October.

The cost will be £50 per person for a 3 hour Karting Experience.

The Karting will consist of teams of 3 a maximum of 20 teams. Please choose a name for your team and let us know the details.

The race itself will be 1.5 hours, with 0.5 hours practise. The track is outdoors in a 70mph Prokarts, the circuit is the full 1300m international circuit.

Karters needs to arrive at 9.30 to dress and be ready for a briefing at 10am.

Lunch will be 1-2pm.

AGM starts at 2pm

Like you say, there was only going to be one contender for that moniker out of the 3 of us, when you consider how good looking the two of us are as well as our exemplary taste in motorcars.

I'm surprised he hasn't jumped in yet and continued our policy of pre-empting everyone else putting the boot into our team , but then he's probably busy fitting the fake stone cladding to the outside of his new house.
