I see that Chris Mann, and the 200+ club are looking to organize another Elvington run on October 27. This time a slightly longer top speed run, at 1.5 mile on the main runway, also with timed 1/4's. Open to anyone this time..

Plantie...could be tempted yep, I would want to have my new engine in by then, or at least a stonger engine of some form

No mention of sprints, but there may be. He only mentioned drag runs in his email. Just hope it doesnt rain. He is increasing it to 1.5 mile, on the main runway, to see if anyone can break the 200mph mark. Lets see some big power cars running then people.

 

No, Tim... if you stopped being a girl and treat your clutch and gearbox like plantie treats his (and dont lend him your tuning module) you might win!!

Plantie/Tim_W you know where you can stay this time if you book early enough Its alot closer than where you stayed before, and plenty of off road parking.
