Default Tein super street edfc not compatible

Hi I was looking into getting edfc for my super street coil overs and I contacted tein for a price and to see if it was compatible and they said its not and it starts with the tein flex coil overs. I can't see why it would not work. They have the dial at the top to adjust the clicks. Has anyone had this problem? Thanks

My Super Streets certainly were compatible with EDFC when I got them 6 months ago, can't see why they wouldn't be now.

Default Tein

This is the email I got back from them.

Thanks for your mail.

From the information I have, EDFC will not be compatible with this coilover kit.

Street Flex is the entry point for EDFC on this car.

This means that I am unable to quote for an EDFC for your suspension.

If ever you are a prepared to change to Street Flex, EDFC options are listed in the
link below.

SuperStreet will work with EDFC as far as I know.

Basically they don't make SuperStreet anymore so that is why StreetFlex is the cheapest available parts they have on offer.

Chances are that TEIN won't "quote" for any discontinued parts as a company policy than actually parts not compatible.
Its like HKS Europe for ages say they cannot work on F-ConV Pro v3.0 and you have to buy the new v3.2, but any mapper worth going to will know you can plug it in the power writer and it will work.
