No. Different centres for the hub bolts.

 

As above although they can be machined to fit better off with correct setup

Space between the holes on the bottom of the struts

 

is that front and rear, do you think they could be machined to fit to alter hole centres, are the top mounts ok

The actual hub where you bolt on is different.
The 06 hub are also wider, so you probably want to get some spacers in between to take up the space.

Can be done, just seems a bit more hassle than it is worth.
