Default Does this look right to you? (droplinks)

Hi guys and girls.
I just fitted a set of Whiteline Solid Droplinks to the front of my V5 Type R as I fitted a uprated ARB too.
I tightened up the bolts on the droplinks to 35ft/lb and then put the car on the deck and they look like this :

Should the upper bush appear to under that much stress?

The arrow, by the way, is the washers I had to add as WL didn't provide or mention the necessity for them because without them the lower bolt just pulled the inner sleave out the bush.

Many thanks,
Paul.

Yeah it's got alloy arms.
The mount on my alloy arms are different to your mounts. Have I bought the wrong set do you think?
Funnily enough, the previous owner bought the antilift kit from Whiteline and found it didn't fit so his local garage had to source a Summit kit which did. The plot thickens...

You should be using spacers that come with the KLC32 Kit

KLC32 is for newage isn't it?

Definitely uses a different kit for the alloy arms though I know that for sure mate

Get in! I got the wrong set

So are we guessing that the arms are from a newage then?
I wonder why they're different

Yeah you fitted KLC30 which is for steel wishbones,

You need KLC32 which is for newage and also for the classic sti which came with alloy wishbones as in your case.

KLC32 set not only comes with spacers... but also the entire droplink has different size of the bottom holes and bolts.

KLC30

KLC32

See the difference?
