Hi All, I'd planned to start collecting suspension upgrades this year including:
Drop links
ALK
ARB's
Coilovers
Last time my car was on ramps however, I noticed a whiteline ALK hiding which I had no idea was fitted (previous owner told me car was standard). The droplinks and ARB's don't look quite so obviously aftermarket though... so I'm wondering the best way to identify the parts before making any purchases.
It's no secret the whiteline stuff has a poor finish and just goes black/rusty within months anyway - but does the OEM ARB's look clearly different in size/shape which I can easily identify?
As for the droplinks on my car - they LOOK to be OEM (thin bar rather than the chunkier whiteline/perrin/etc options) but I'm not sure what links are right for my car... there seems to be some "C" shaped ones available but also some straight ones.
The car is a 2005 WRX STi.
