looking for lowering springs for 95 sti
hey guys,
unfortunately cant afford coilovers at this moment in time, so looking for short term springs.
Want a good 50mm or so drop, with descent ride quality.
Used or new, what do you guys recomend and where from??
thanks peeps

You wont get decent ride quality with a 50mm drop on OE dampers. You wont have any droop left and be on the bump stops. If slow town driving is all you're thinking of then you'll be OK, but anything and the ride will be very crashy.
50mm will over-lower your Scooby and negatively impact handling. 25mm is about maximum recommended. 'P1' springs are ideal and will handle the worst of UK roads a treat, if you can find some

Thanks for the heads up, really wanting a compromise between stance and ride quality, looking at 40/45mm lowering kits but not convinced its what I'm after tbh,
Perhaps coilovers is the only answer lol
What are gab springs meant to be like for quality?
