Just had a set fiited to my blob which i had fallen out of love with due to boat like handling and clonking rears....................AWESOME this is the car i always wanted.
I had them fitted at : http://www.carnetix.co.uk/
also had the alignment done on their state of the art gizmo.
If your suspension is tired / noisy get yourself some BC`s and get carnetix to fit them, good honest service and a cup of tea and banter, its worth a trip to Melton Mowbray.

Eek. Aren't you meant to wind them in full hard then set them clicks out from there? With 30 clicks you should find that BCs are underdamped and bouncy from 30 to 25 out, nice and soft and perfect for Granny from 25-20, sporty and chuckable on rough roads 20-15 and hard and full on from 15-10. Less than 10 out from hard is really for smooth track use and less than 5 you can feel the tyres bouncing on mine because they're solid.
The real trick for coilovers is altering the car's height at each end to change the roll axis and stopping the need for a stiffer rear anti-roll bar!
Mine are ER's so I can adjust comp/rebound seperately but they're never more than a couple of clicks from each other. I'm running my STi with 6/5kg and assister springs as I went for long travel dampers. I run 25/22 on both ends and ride height of +0 and +10at the back with the rear ARB on sofest setting.
Just lovely and fluid for Winter.
