Best makes are Ohlins, Bilistein, etc but not exactly affordable, Very much depends on your budget

It depends on budget and planned usage.

I am running HSD HRs since developing strut clunk on my original STi / PPP rear suspension. They are livable with, but nowhere near as smooth and comfortable as stock. On the other hand they give far better road-holding. They are more a track-focused coilover, IMO tolerable on street but that's about it.

Another option at the more budget end of the market is Racing Logic, like HSD they appear good quality units with very positive reviews.

BCs seem to be well-rated on here, but that would seem to be at odds with most other forums.

If you have the money look into the ones mentioned above e.g. Ohlins, Bilstein, also KW will be worth a look.

Make a shortlist and try to get a passenger ride at least in cars running them.

Theres the HSD Dualtech option too. Which is very comfortable on the street but still offers good adjustability too. Best kit at a cheaper price IMO

What is your budget, what is your planned usage, what tyres will you be running, what are your current or planned suspension mods (ARBs, ALKs, etc.?)?
