Eibach Pro R kit vs. Standart JDM Springs
Hi guys
Just wondering what benefits id have swaping my standart jdm bug springs to eibach pfo r kit. I had them on my 2 classics and realy liked them. I find the standart springs hard enough thought , maybe just needs 15-20 mm drop to look a bit better. But my aim is not that, its all about the habdling. Would be interested to hear your opinions. BTW are the jdm springs harder than uk equivalent? Appreciated

Hi Mantas,
I think the Eibach Pro Kit is a progressive spring and the JDM STi/Prodrive Spring is a Linear Spring. Some people say that the Pro Kit lowers too much and the back tends to droop when fitted. I chose the P1 Prodrive Spring over the JDM STi equivalent for my classic as it was developed for UK roads. I am not sure which is best for the bugeye but someone is selling a prodrive spring kit on ebay. Worth a look. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SUBARU-IMP...b009320&_uhb=1
Here is a list of spring rates. Might be of use to you.
