BC Coilovers on MY05 WRX
Just finished fitting my BC coilovers (BR RA type). Have set the front and rear ride height the same (no idea how much drop compared with before because I forgot to measure this before I started). I have read that the OEM settings have the rear lower than the front which is against what I would have expected. So what has everyone done?
Please post lowered ride height (measured centre of wheel to underside of wheel arch).

from what i understand higher/firmer suspension on the front of a car is to compensate for the extra weight of the engine moving to the front when hard breaking, stops the front of the car bouncing off the ground, at least that's the reasoning ive heard on "race" cars.

Having read lots of stuff over various forums, have decided that having the rear ride height about 10 mm higher than the front is not a good idea. Have now set the front to 350-355mm and the rear to 345-350mm. Thought that this would improve handling but I actually prefer the way it was before. Car seems less stable and turn in less sharp.
Not sure what I've done wrong.
