I recently had KYB Gold Ultra SR,s fitted to the rear of my 05 JDM STI and decided to have a matching set of front struts fitted. My local Subaru specialist garage was given the work. They have had 2 sets of struts delivered to them and none of them fit. They,re now telling me that they have to be ordered from Japan or the U.S as my hubs are 31(cms?) compared to the normal 26. Does anyone know if they can be sourced from the UK? Thanks , Steve.

Got some from Powerstation. When they converted the standard JDM,s to Type 20 + 25,s ,they removed the almost new standard struts. They still have a few more for sale. Steve.

Am I right in thinking your rear suspension setup was the same as mine standard ? I ve got a hawk Sti uk, I did nt think you could fit Kyb golds on wide tracks ,
Any info would be great, I'm sick of these knocking shocks .

Your car has the same fitting as my Blob. I got my rear KYB,s from Ebay. Steve

Sorry about that. It seems that the widetrack UK and JDM must have different size shocks. Steve.
