when they say "adjustable" is that stiffness or height??
are any of these lower than STD STI suspension??
any other options??

I would speak to both, talk to them about your usage and see who comes up with the best solution. I'm sure that both will be very keen to provide a solution that meets your needs perfectly.

I had the Powerstage Stage 3 on my Spec D when I bought it from new and, whilst it was much better than the OEM, I wasn't impressed. It took 3 attempts at re-valving to get to a reasonably compliant setup but they kept failing at around 18 months and so the second time I looked around and chose the BC option.
I could have been tempted with Litchfields Bilsteins though.
The ASTs are adjustable for height and bounce stiffness.

I didn't realise that powerstation were still involved on the 08 type 20 guess you learn something new everyday. I've had a 05 type 25 and the car drove as if it were on rails, I couldn't fault it to be fair.
Might have to have a look at the stage two Pack as I didn't really want to go to coilovers to try and keep some comfort in the 330s
Anyone know of the eibach springs are step up from the 330s springs or basically the same thing.
Cheers
