I fitted my shocks and springs yesterday, what do I have to do next?

Ive heard all sorts of different things,

Tracking
4 wheel alignment.
Geometry?

What's the difference between all these? And what do I need to do? I have fitted kyb standard shocks and eibach pro spot springs.

Also, should I wait a few days for the springs to bed in before I get it done?
