Will wrx springs and topmounts fit on STI shocks?

The spring seats should be fine. The Struts, your milage may very much vary. The shape of the damper rod union with the topmounts changed several times, and also differs STi>WRX in some cases, but it's so dependent on the year of various parts you have as to whether it will all fit perfectly, whether it's bodgeable in a safe way, or whether you're just flat out of luck and hte parts won't fit.

The Topmounts WILL fit into your car. The Springs SHOULD fit the top mounts. The Struts ma or may not mate up properly with the top mounts. Only way is to take it apart and see what it all looks like/how it fits.
