Quick help needed.

I'm taking the top mounts off the factory shocks to use with my KW coilovers, noticed on the rears the rubber seems to be bulged out in a couple places on both top mounts, see photo :-

Are these knackered or ok?

they are on there way out mate, they usually just split , strange one is that
