Default Coilover query

Hi, im looking at buying some coilovers for my 2003 blobeye STI and have found some, but have a query about fitment, the ad lists:

suitable with : SUBARU IMPREZA RS 2002 - 2007
SUBARU IMPREZA WRX 2002 - 2007
SUBARU WRX STI 2004 - 2007

i was under the impression that my car (5x100 pcd) was the same as the wrx up to 2007, so would that not mean that if this kit fitted the wrx up to 07 then it should fit mine

any help would be great.

Chris

Yes mate if they fit the Wrx they should fit yours. The years they give are very contradictory as if the do fit the Wrx they won't fist the post 05 sti as this is when the pcd changed to 114. Tbh I'd steer clear, if they can't give accurate information on there advert then what kind of service are you gonna get.

There are two kits for 2000-2007. All 2000-2007 5x100 cars except 2005-2007 5x114.3 STI use one kit, 2005-2007 STI uses a different kit. However some late 2004s STI also require the 2005-2007 STI kit although these all appear to be pre facelift imports fitted with 5x114 hubs.
