put some coilovers on last wk and now the rear pass side has started to knock ive checked if top mounts are loose but are tight unless the top mount has gone due to being second hand . the knock sounds like something is loose not like the shock is gone any ideas

 

Hi, i have just replaced my shocks with bc coilovers , as my old ones were makeing a knocking sound, i took my car to slowboy racing and neil told me the shocks were finished, the one that had been making the knocking sound had broken in half..

 

sorted it now mate there arc coilovers and very happy with them but it was the top mount that was gone changed it now

 

Good to hear.Now i have done mine my car drives so smooth compared to before. all four off my shocks had gone.
