Default best fast road/track geo setup??

probably been threads on this before but can anyone tell me the best setup? ive got everything done on the car ie coilovers, anti lift kit braces everywhere lol also do quite a few trackdays so ideally want something that will provide the best handling from the car better mention that the car is a classic wagon thats widearched! any info will be much apreciated

I have a newwage 03sti and this is my set-up, seems great to me

2deg front neg camber
1.5 rear neg camber
zero front toe
rear toe out 0.06

Look on the whiteline site for rex on rails it gives these settings for trackdays.
