Default 4 years on, should I change any bushes?

I am about to take the car in for its MOT, the car is exactly 4 years old and I have the opportunity while the car is being checked to have other work done.

If I remember reading rightly from here a while back it is relatively cheap to change the bushes which are worth doing as it can restore the handling and feel of the car back to how it was intended from the production line.

Is this right and if so what sort of things should I be changing?...or am I talking nonsense?
