Default 2002 sti ppp which lowering springs

hi can anyone tell me what the best lowering springs are to get for my 2002 sti ppp.

have been looking but most say that it wont lower a sti , is this true.

any help would be great

Put teins on my wrx, they gave me about a 30-35mm drop, not sure if sti's are lower when standard? Teins are quite stiff so will help to sharpen up the handling, I haven't run them but the eibachs are meant to be slightly softer than the teins, prodrive springs are also very good, I think they're made by eibach too although a slightly diferent grade I think.
