PowerFlex Bushes - help?
After purchasing my 2005 2.0 WRX last year I've only had a couple of minor niggles, namely both rear shocks replaced (under warranty phew!).
I had an inspection undertaken today by my local dealer to try and identify a 'knocking' noise on front nearside when on full lock. I haven't got to the bottom of this yet but the inspection did identify need for new discs and pads (which I knew about really but was putting off) and some replacement bushes required.
After reading a few entries on these forums I've today ordered news discs and pads from Ian at Godspeed so should get those next week.
What I'm after is someone to translate the garage recommendation with the parts required from Powerflex (seem to be pretty well recommended on here also). The garage recommend the following:
(1) Replace front bushes in rear trailing arms
(2) Replace front anti-roll bar bushes
As you can guess I'm no mechanic so wondered if someone could point me in the direction of the correct parts in the Powerflex catalogue at http://www.powerflex.co.uk/i/product...%20to%2007.pdf
Obviously all other recommendations welcomed also

Hi,
The front bushes in the rear trailing arms is number 7.
The front anti roll bar bushes are number 3. You will need to find out what size anti roll bar you have so you can order the correct size.
Also it might be an idea to replace all the bushes.
