Exe-TC Fast Road spring rate advice
I have the Exe-TC Fast Road kit fitted to my STI5
Its great on soft settings, as soft as the standard suspension, so easy to drive on the road but once you firm it up its hard... I noticed very much last week, forgetting to undo the clicks when driving it up the road to Shell when I was at Snetterton!
I was looking for something a little harder on spring rates to reduce body roll even further on the corners on track day outings
Anyone know what spring rates the Exe-TC come with as standard as there is no mention on the crib sheet I got when I bought from Zen... and what uprated springs can you get from Exe-TC?
I dont want to have to trailer the car to the event - is the uprated track suspension way too hard for normal road use? - note most of the road driving I do is getting the car to the circuit and/or mapping sessions/engine rebuilds, etc.. I have a Nissan GTR35 so this is now my normal road going ca ;-)
I'm also looking for track tyres like the R888's so will probably need to go away from my 215/35/18's (7.5 inch) and go for something a little different in order to get some track day tyres - at the moment on 215/35/18 the choice is limited to pretty much Nil - I have Yokohama Parada's at the moment which are great in the dry and cheap....

Standard are 40R/mm front and 35N/mm rear.
A more track oriented setup without going mad would be something like 60 Fr 50 Rr, and mainly track setup would be something like 70fr 60Rr combined with a track spec revalve.

Who is an exe-tc dealer out there
I checked the exe-tc website and they only seem to do new subaru's and top end competition suspension
Looking to see where I can buy uprated springs from?
