Hi guys,
I have tein coilovers fitted to my 96 classic, already fitted to the car when i purchased it. I have been playing about with them, trying to get the correct ride height/look that i want. I want to get the front a little lower still but i have run out of adjustment. So heres the question, i have noticed that there are two springs per coilover on the front, a larger one & a smaller one at the top. Im wondering if anyone else has removed the smaller spring, re-assemabled them & adjusted them up a bit to get it slighty lower still? Im thinking of giving it ago, but just thought i'd see if anyone else had also tried this?
Cheers, Super_ted.

i wouldnt remove any of the springs cause each springs absorbs diffrent types of bump ie big/small so youll loose the absorbtion factor of the spring and would probably ruin the ride charactoristics and be dangerous mate

Ok well thats what i was thinking, so thought i'd ask. I have adjusted them by winding the nuts all the way down and locking them. Can't see how else you would do it??
