Default basic suspension bushings questions

howdy, still new to this so here is the (probably obvious) questions:
i need to replace the "anti-roll bar linkage rubber bush" as per my MOT. which one is this on the picture below?

i was going to change the standard rubber bushes for proxflex - is it worth just changing one bush (two if you count both sides) or do you need to change all the bushes at the same time?

and finally what tourqe do these bolts need to be done up to, or can you just crank them up?

thanks for any answers

it'll be one of the ones on the black plastic c-thing. The plastic design is a bit plop so change it for Whiteline ones which will improve handling, basically by making your rear ARB more effective.

Default arb bushes

if changing the bushes and you have some cash, change the drop links (a must with the plastic jobbies) and the arb's at the same time. good improvement in the handling for a small (relatively) amount of money!

i'm definitely going to change the drop links, to alloy ones- when changing them can i jack the car off its wheels or does the suspension have to be loaded?

and does it matter how tight the bolts are done up

thanks

it's easier to do on ramps iirc, rather than the wheels being in droop

the new ones should have tightening torque with them.

Best upgrade the drop links - I got mine from CDF.

Need to use ramps when fitting so suspension doesn't droop otherwise you will never get the new ones in!
