Default D2 Racing Coilovers - Ebay

Hi guys well im in a bit of a pickle here and rather gutted. Currently on the car is the TEIN Mono Flex setup which I managed to pick up extremely cheap a few years back, these have seen better days and need to be refurbished but ther are going to cost around 150 a corner + and the guys in TEIN say that its probably no point.

Anyways I'll get to the point, I only use the car on weekend and fast road is about my limit. Im wondering if any of your have used the D2 setup and how do you rate it? Im currently searching for spring rates with no joy and im wondering how the height is adjusted. Is this done via the bottom of the strut without having to take the load off the spring?

Thanks In Advance, Ryan.

Hi thanks for the speedy reply, when you say makes it harder do you mean pysically harder? My teins are like than and they are fine, you crack the big nut and rotate the whole shock.

Do you still have adjustment over the spring load aswel? Can you wind the tension up?

Cheers.

Hi

By harder i mean the ride...as your not compressing the spring to do the lowering.

And yes you still can adjust the spring load.

reading my instructions to find out it says they are NOT FOR ROAD USE oops you can get different spring rates for different needs ie drifting, snow, etc mine are sport
