IMHO, the STi UK seems to sit to high in its default format. (Only my opinion.... flame suit in right hand ready to put on)

Has anyone lowered the STi UK yet ? If so, what springs did they go for, and what is the verdict ? (Also, what wheels and tyres are you running, as this will obviously effect the handling and ride quality when springs are changed).

Does it make the ride harsher ?

Any information would be appreciated, as the current height is putting me off purchasing at the moment, but don't want to turn the car into a back braker.

Thanks in advance,

Sonic

Cool

I've got Eibachs on mine, with Prodrive 18"s and Toyos

The ride is very good, not as harsh as the standard car, and more settled, there is minimal roll during cornering, however I'm taking it very gently whilst running in. We have loads of sleeping policemen, speed humps, where I live. The car handles these much better than my previous car (MY98 5 door turbo - standard suspension, but 17" Technomagnesia wheels)

Thanks for that. Just what I wanted to hear

Looking at the Brembos behind the OZ's whats the clearance like ? Looks pretty tight there.

Are Subaru selling the OZ's as an approved add-on to the STi UK ?

Edited to add another question, sorry !

Did you get the Eibechs fitted by Subaru before collecting the car, or somewhere else ? Any idea on cost would be appreciated.

Cheers,
Sonic
