Default rubbing on 18s

have noticed recently when cornering quite hard my passenger side rear wheel is rubbing on the arch but from what i can see its not actually rubbing on the lip it seems to actually be rubbing on the inner arch directly above the wheel.
cars a 93 wrx and the tyres are 215/35/18
any body got a solution as i was actually wanting to lower it a bit aswell before it started rubbing.

Get your arches rolled and fit stiffer suspension. My 18's rub but my rear shocks are a bit tired. Getting some BC coilovers from the groupbuy and I can then set the height to as low as I can go. I back on 17's until then as I was chewing the side wall of my tyre on the arch return.
