Can anyone tell me what the adjustments on the coilovers?
Do to the handling.
What effect dose ride heights have?
Damping have
What is the best way to set up for rough roads?

ride hight will lower the center of gravity. Can cause lots of other issues too if you go to low.
Daming will make it stiff.
rough roads you want decent ride hight and nice n soft damping .
